I am a lover of Chili's and Ruby Tuesdays. I thought Applebees would be along the same line. The servers were very polite and responsive. However, the restaurant was overall a few degrees colder than we considered "comfortable." Food took about 20-25 minutes to come out, and when it did it was cold. Perhaps a bad night for them, but I wasn't impressed with my dinner.
