COMEDY: Gevapocalypse Now (6/27)

By Kathy Laluk on June 24, 2009

Miss out on Geva's 2008-09 season? Love to laugh? Geva Comedy Improv has got you covered with the troupe's "Gevapocalypse Now" event on Saturday, June 27.

The group, which performs once a month on Geva's Nextstage, took the best bits from this year's Geav Mainstage shows (which included heavyweights like "Frost/Nixon," "Sweeney Todd," and "Fences") and mixed them with their comedy skills to create a 90-minute performance.

It's a one-night-only event, but there will be two performances, at 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased by calling 232-GEVA. Geva is located at 75 Woodbury Blvd. For more information, visit gevatheatre.org.
