They're ba-ack! It used to be that Rochester summers were defined by three festivals - Corn Hill, Park Ave, and Clothesline - with only two of them offering music. Now there are so many local music festivals, with every town and its suburban cousin hosting live tunes tooted from town squares, grassy knolls, gazebos, and even the beach. You can find them practically every night of the week. And they're all free! This week the Concerts by the Shore series begins with Joey T & the Formula. It's just the beginning.
